Ashtanga: Learn your practice without injuries. The asanas are guided individually before learning the full sequence. Special attention will be given to postures student find challenging, as in marichyasana, padmasana and back bending.
Foundation course - In the foundation course, you will learn a combination of sequences and asanas tailored for beginners and intermediate students. Throughout the course, you will also learn about yogasana therapy.
Advance course - Asana Photo To apply for this course students will need some asana experience. Ashtanga Vinyasa students finding difficulties in certain asanas will be given help on an individual basis
The hip opening course will help students sit longer for meditation (For Intermediate and Advanced Students).
